Congratulations!! You set the goal of running your first 5k (3.1 miles) but just need a little help getting there. Lace up your shoes and get ready to let our dynamic running program help you reach the Finish Line. Our dedicated running coaches will be there with you every step of the way, regardless of your pace. Our running programs are designed for those with absolutely no running experience and guess what? It's absolutely free.
We will meet once a week for an hour to an hour and half as we increase distance during our group run. We provide you with unlimited motivation, guidance, advice, injury prevention and how to choose the right running gear. *It is always a good idea to check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program.
